Only pay for what you need. You subscribe for a number of users that can change over-time (irrespective of who the users are). Opt for a monthly subscription for contractors, temporary staff, or new hires during their probationary period, or subscribe annually and enjoy two months free. All you need is one of our three AYCE cloud support plan. The rest is optional.
Our Microsoft Cloud plans include an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) option. AVD provides secure access to a virtual instance of your Windows desktop, applications, and data from any non-company-owned device, thereby protecting the company’s Microsoft environment and offering a reliable failover solution when a company-owned Windows device is unavailable. Our Google Cloud plan includes a Virtual App Delivery (VAD) option. VAD allows you to securely access Windows applications from non-Windows devices through a Progressive Web App (PWA) or browser. It offers native integration with clipboard, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft or Google SSOs. This solution is ideal for organizations using Chromebooks, Macs, and Linux systems.
Most services have a minimum volume requirement, volume discounts, and a setup fee. Some of these fees are subscription-based charges due once-only when you enroll users in a plan for the first time. In order to benefit from our tiered pricing and avoid minima and fees when enrolling additional users in such plans, please use our payment portal for any subsequent orders. Select the subscription you already created and simply add users to said subscription. Use our catalog when you enroll users in a plan for the first time or for any other order.
Monthly and yearly payment plans for the same service are distinct subscriptions, each managed independently. They are subject to separate setup fees and minima. This also holds true for subscriptions paid in different currencies. When converting subscriptions from monthly to yearly, or from one of our three cloud plans to another, setup fees do not apply.
Once you have placed your order or altered a subscription, the next step is to onboard or offboard employees. For this you need to be registered and logged into this site. Call us to guide you through your first onboarding and offboarding.
